Requesting Account Deletion

Under GDPR, you have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated personal data. This guide walks you through the process.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Visit app.blastoffice.com and sign in to your account
  2. Navigate to Account Settings
  3. Click Privacy & Data
  4. Click Delete My Account
  5. Read the information about what will be deleted
  6. Confirm your request

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your account and profile information
  • Token balance and purchase history
  • Subscription information
  • Server-side conversation logs
  • Organization memberships (you will be removed from all organizations)

What’s Not Affected

  • Local data: Documents, chat history, knowledge bases, and other content stored locally on your device are not affected. You can keep or delete this data yourself.
  • Organization data: Shared knowledge bases and team resources are retained for the organization.

Processing Time

Account deletion is typically processed within 30 days. During this period, your account is deactivated and you cannot sign in. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Before You Delete

  • Download your data first if you want a copy of your server-side data
  • Cancel any active subscriptions
  • Consider whether you want to keep your local data
