Blast Office account management is handled through the web app at app.blastoffice.ai. This guide covers everything you need to know about managing your account and subscription.

Viewing Your Token Balance

Your current token balance is displayed in the Blast Office desktop application status bar. For more detailed information, visit the web app.

Purchasing Tokens

You can purchase tokens in two ways:

One-Time Token Packs

Token packs never expire and are added to your balance immediately.

Subscriptions

Subscription tokens are added to your balance at the start of each billing period. Unused tokens roll over to the next month.

Managing Your Subscription

To manage your subscription:

  1. Visit app.blastoffice.ai
  2. Sign in with your account
  3. Navigate to Billing in your account settings
  4. From here you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription
