Blast Office includes a presentation editor powered by reveal.js, allowing you to create, view, edit, and export professional slide decks.
Creating a New Presentation
- Click New Presentation from the sidebar
- Give your presentation a title
- Start adding slides
Editing Slides
Each slide supports:
- Text with formatting (headings, lists, bold, italic)
- Images
- Code blocks
- Speaker notes
- Transitions and animations
Creating a Presentation from a Document
One of the most powerful features is generating a presentation from an existing document:
- Open a document in the editor
- Select Create Presentation from Document from the menu
- The AI will analyze your document and generate a slide deck with appropriate content, headings, and structure
Exporting Presentations
Export your presentations in two formats:
HTML Export
Export as a self-contained HTML file that can be opened in any web browser. The presentation uses reveal.js for smooth, interactive slides.
PDF Export
Export as a PDF for printing or sharing as a static document. Each slide becomes a page in the PDF.
Tips
- Keep slides focused — one idea per slide
- Use the AI to help structure your content for maximum impact
- Preview your presentation in full-screen mode before exporting
