Downloading Your User Data

Under GDPR, you have the right to download a copy of all personal data we hold about you. This guide shows you how.

How to Download Your Data

1. Visit app.blastoffice.ai and sign in to your account
2. Navigate to Account Settings
3. Click Privacy & Data
4. Click Download My Data
5. Confirm your request

What's Included

Your data export includes:

• Account information (email, registration date)
• Token purchase and subscription history
• Server-side conversation logs (if logging was enabled)
• Organization membership details (if applicable)

Processing Time

Data exports are typically available within 24 hours. You'll receive an email notification when your export is ready to download.

Local Data

Note that documents, chat history, knowledge bases, and other content stored locally on your device are already in your possession. The data export covers only data stored on our servers.
