How to Download Your Data
- Visit app.blastoffice.com and sign in to your account
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Click Privacy & Data
- Click Download My Data
- Confirm your request
What’s Included
Your data export includes:
- Account information (email, registration date)
- Token purchase and subscription history
- Server-side conversation logs (if logging was enabled)
- Organization membership details (if applicable)
Processing Time
Data exports are typically available within 24 hours. You’ll receive an email notification when your export is ready to download.
