Enterprise Organization Management
Blast Office provides comprehensive organization management for enterprise customers, powered by WorkOS for identity and access management.
Organization Structure
Organizations in Blast Office consist of:
- Users: Individual accounts that belong to the organization
- Teams: Groups of users that share policies and resources
- Roles: Predefined access levels assigned to users
Managing Users
Adding Users
- Navigate to Organization Settings > Users
- Click Invite User
- Enter the user’s email address and assign a role
- The user will receive an invitation to join the organization
Removing Users
- Navigate to Organization Settings > Users
- Find the user and click Remove
- The user’s access is revoked immediately, but their personal data remains until they delete their account
Managing Teams
Creating Teams
- Navigate to Organization Settings > Teams
- Click New Team
- Name the team and add members
- Assign team-level policies
Team Policies
Teams can have their own policies that override organization defaults. This allows different groups to have appropriate access levels for their work.
